Hi, I’m Pavitra Rana — a Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager with a strong foundation in creative solutions and digital strategy.

I bring over 5 years of diverse experience, spanning business analysis, project management, graphic design, and digital marketing. My journey started with creative roots as a freelance graphic designer, where I helped startups and small businesses build their brand identities. Today, I work with leading IT firms to drive digital transformation and optimize systems through analytical thinking and strategic execution.

Currently, I’m working as a Business Analyst at Margsoft Technologies, where I’ve been part of mission-critical projects for various government departments, including ERP system upgrades for Civil Aviation, Youth Empowerment Platforms, Medicine Management Systems, and Digital Portals for Water and Sericulture Departments. I specialize in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, gap analysis, process modeling, and end-to-end project coordination.

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with high-level stakeholders—from Chief Secretaries and IAS Officers to cross-functional Agile teams. I’ve also led training sessions, conducted UATs, and translated complex business needs into actionable solutions.

With a PGDM in Information Technology from Xavier Institute of Social Service, my academic background empowers me to blend business logic with technical insight.

Beyond the analytics and wireframes, I still carry my creative spark. I’ve founded blogging and news websites, contributed to SEO and branding strategies, and held leadership roles such as Joint Creative Head at the Rotaract Club of Social Revolution.
